Collins Road Winner This 5764 sq ft Collins Road custom home designed by Steven Van Sant was voted the Best of Show in the over $4,000,000 class of the 2007 COBA Tour of Homes. In addition to Best of Show, this custom home was also recognized with awards for Best Garage, Best Front Facade, Best Landscaping, Best Kitchen, Best Interior Design, Best Master Suite and Best Value. Steve Van Sant was quoted on the design of this home: "It looks as though it grew there and we carved it out of the ground. Great Room The fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room and the views from this room are spectacular. Interior designer Kristy Yozamp: "French Country style is bright and soft. Dining Room The deck off the dining area is a great addition to the beautiful landscaping.  The doors onto the deck are bifolding patio doors supplied by Jeld-Wen.  When open, the dining room and deck feel like one room.  This is great on one of Central Oregon's summer evenings.
Kitchen This Kitchen has so many amenities it is difficult to list.  The island has two  dishwasher drawers and two refrigerator drawers.  These are in addition to the standard dishwasher and refrigerator in the kitchen. Kristy Yozamp: "It's a classic, old fashioned look that's been updated."
Carriage House - Garage The Carriage House/Garage has a feature car display area.  It also has 4 maintenance bays and an RV maintenance area.  There is an area for lawnmower or a tractor storage area.  It also has a its own washer and dryer, shower and kitchen area.  Out the back door are two horse stalls.
Master Suite This is the sitting room off the Master Bedroom and one of the reasons we were voted Best Master Suite.  This along with an exercise area, and the unique Master Bathroom with washer and dryer in each half of the closet.
